Date: June 23–24, 2011
Workshop opening scheduled for June 23 at 9.00 a.m., end of the meeting on June 24, 2011 in the afternoon.

Submission instructions:
Each presenter is allowed a 10-minute presentation.
Size of posters: 90 cm (width) x 120 cm (height).
Data projection, CDs, DVDs, flash disks (Power Point for PC format) are accepted.
(Slides, overhead projection and VHS are not accepted.)
Deadline for abstract submission: May 15, 2011
ABSTRACT
- Abstract has to be factual.
- Please avoid vague general statements, e.g., ”…we will discuss…“ etc.
- General reviews not containing own results will not be accepted with the exception of invited lectures.
- Each abstract may be submitted in the Czech, Slovak or English language and it has to be presented in the same language. No translations of the presentations during the workshop will be available. Abstracts will be published in the submitted language.
- Use the MS Word, Times New Roman 11-point font.
- The text should be typed single-spaced, with left margin justified.
- The following abstract structure should be used: Introduction – Methods (or Patients and Methods) – Results – Conclusion (for case reports: Introduction – Case Report – Conclusion).
- Maximum extent of the abstract is 2500 characters including spaces.
- Please, type the abstract title in bold letters.
- Names of the authors: Surname and initial of the first name (for example: Bond J)
- Affiliation: please present all affiliations including medical school in all authors using the upper index numerals.
- Example:

- Please check the language of the texts – the abstracts will be published without grammar or factual corrections, as submitted.
Each author has to be registered for the workshop. Please fill in the application form. Please, send the abstracts as an attached file to the e-mail address neurosono2011(at)seznam.cz not later than by May 15, 2011.
Please select one of the subject areas and the preferred form of the presentation – oral presentation or poster.
Abstracts submitted to the poster section will be accepted only to this section.
Abstracts submitted to the oral presentations section will be accepted either as an oral presentation or as a poster.
All submissions will be peer-reviewed and the Scientific committee reserves the right to perform appropriate changes.
In the case of abstract acceptation, the author agrees to participate at the workshop and to present his/her lecture in the section and time which will be defined by the Program committee.
Information will be sent to the presenting author to the email address stated in his/her application form until May 25, 2011. Accepted abstracts will be published in the journal Česká a slovenská neurologie a neurochirurgie (Czech and Slovak Neurology and Neurosurgery).

Please note, that any bank charges are at the sender‘s expense. Payment should be made by May 15, 2011; after this date please make the payment of the conference fee in cash (we accept only Czech crowns) at the workshop registration desk.
Please mail / fax a copy of your bank transfer order or photocopy of your bank transfer together with your registration form as a proof of payment.
ACCOMMODATION
Please book the type of room, which you prefer (incl. alternative choice) in the registration form. The Conference Center will send a written confirmation of your accommodation.
The organizers cannot guarantee accommodation for participants not registered before the deadline May 15, 2011. Priority will be given to the participants with earlier registration. Each participant must pay his/her room charge and supplemental expenses (phone, minibar, etc.) at the hotel desk at check out. Most major credit cards (e. g. VISA and Eurocard-Mastercard) are accepted for payment in the hotels. Please note, that 100% charge will be applied in the case of unused accommodation.
Cancellation and refund of registration fees
In case of cancellation, please contact the Conference Center, Palacký University, Olomouc. The cancellation deadline for full registration fee refund is May 31, 2011. No refunds will apply in the case of cancellation after this deadline. All approved refunds will be issued after the workshop.
